Lucas M. Watson is a Connecticut trial attorney representing individuals in serious personal injury and criminal defense matters. He has appeared at every level of the Connecticut state court system and in federal court, handling cases from initial investigation through verdict.

The firm's practice is intentionally limited to two areas — plaintiff-side personal injury and criminal defense. Not because it is convenient, but because representing individuals against institutions requires a distinct set of priorities that cannot coexist with the other side of the docket.

Before launching his own practice, Mr. Watson developed his litigation skills through direct courtroom experience — lead counsel and co-counsel on trials involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, workplace injuries, and a range of criminal charges from misdemeanors to serious felonies. That foundation means he enters every case knowing what a jury will hear, what a judge will consider, and what the opposing side is most likely to do.
